Wine Pairing Dinners

Women in Wine

Pairing Dinner at The Copper Door

Thursday, May 31 – 7 pm

More and more, from viticulture, to wine making, to sales and marketing – womenare making their mark on the wine world. For our May pairing dinner, we’re highlighting some of our favorite female producers. We’ll start with Champagne made by three generations of women embodying “une femme, un esprit, un style” (one woman, one spirit, one style). For our second course, we’ll enjoy the work of the father/daughter winemaking team Drs Manfred and Katharina Prüm. With our third course, we’ve selected a wine from Columbian-born, French trained, and California winery founder: Bibiana González Rave. Our main course wine is produced by the 13th generation of the Famille Quiot. And, dessert will be paired with second-generation winemaker Wynne Peterson-Nedry’s Oregon Riesling. You don’t want to miss it!
