When you consider pairing a drink with fine dining most people automatically think of wine. But times and tastes are changing! Craft beers have made a big impact on the dining world. For our November 8 dinner, we will explore side by side pairings with wine and beer. Sommelier Nick Demos has partnered with a representative from one of our favorite breweries, Bells Brewery to give you an opportunity to see two excellent pairings for each course.
